Atta & Jaggery Cake

An ATTA and jaggery cake recipe from Sister Mers
1 cup jaggery (i think they mean grated or powdered, but we had already dissolved our jaggery in water, so we used less than a cup)
1 cup atta
1/3 cup oil
2 eggs
1 pinch of salt
½ cup water
½ cup chopped nuts (walnuts)
½ teaspoon almond essence
(we didnt have the last two)

Mix all ingredents together into a smooth batter. Cook in grease pan at 180C for 20-30 mins or till cooked. Cool on a rack and eat while hot!
