Today’s post is about Lemon Curd! I found great recipe on Joy of Baking with a lovely method of ‘double’ boiling. It comes out perfectly each time. We’ve saw some huge limes in the BC market. So beautiful that I couldn’t resist buying some. Three for ₹5/- wow! Also, M discovered that frozen lemons are easy to grate – so we’ve been grating lemon into our tea!
